is bridging two buildings, OSC developed a creative office experience for multiple business needs. Inspiring views and a light-filled, flexible workspace – all completed on a reasonable budget – offer a dynamic work experience. Fulfilling the needs and aesthetics for a variety of organizations including nonprofits and agencies, the identity of the space proves unique yet adaptable, as it houses Columbia Riverkeeper, Blue Collar Agency, Hood Federal, and Centrl Office.
